Accountant

As an Accountant, you support the day-to-day accounting operations and help build a future-proof administration. With your analytical mindset and structured way of working, you contribute to solid financial processes that make a real impact. 



As an Accountant at Quatra Oil Iberia, you will be responsible for: 

  • The timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring correct follow-up of supplier and customer balances.
  • Reconciling invoices and credit notes and resolving discrepancies where needed. 
  • Monitoring and reconciling wallet transactions and operational payment flows, ensuring all movements are correctly reflected in the accounting records. 
  • Actively contributing to the monthly and yearly closing processes, including booking and reviewing accounting entries such as bank and cash transactions, accruals and corrections. 
  • Performing reconciliations and analysing figures using strong Excel skills to ensure data accuracy and support internal reporting. 
  • Proactively suggesting improvements to financial and administrative processes to increase efficiency, structure and reliability.

Your Profile – What We're Looking For:

  •  You hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, with a few years of experience in a similar accounting role as a strong asset.
  • Work accurately and independently, and are able to bring structure in a growing and evolving environment, while keeping a strong eye for detail. 
  • Feel comfortable dealing with change and ambiguity, and can prioritise effectively in a fast-paced finance operation. 
  • Have solid Excel skills; experience with Odoo or another ERP system is considered a plus. 
  • Are fluent in Spanish and have a good command of English. 
  • Combine analytical thinking with a hands-on mindset and enjoy working in a fast-growing, international company.
