What Does Your Job Look Like as a planner?

At Quatra, you’ll be part of the beating heart of our national transport planning team. As a dynamic planner, you play a key role in scheduling and dispatching, excelling in geographical knowledge and analytical skills.

As a planner at Quatra, you are responsible for:

  • Planning and dispatching for our customers in Spain – Catalonia/Barcelona.
  • Coordinating the collection of used frying oil.
  • Monitoring customer visit frequencies.
  • Proactively contacting customers via phone and email to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Entering customer visits into our planning system and managing on-call actions throughout the day.
  • Using the ERP system and track-and-trace systems. Knowledge of Odoo is a plus.

What Do We Expect from You?

  • Strong knowledge of Excel, web portals, and track & trace systems to work efficiently.
  • Excellent geographical knowledge and analytical skills to quickly and effectively find logistical solutions for accurate customer service.
  • Strong commercial and communication skills in customer interactions.
  • Ability to work in an open and direct company culture, with a hands-on mentality and the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
