Operations and Logistics Manager - Barcelona

Your Responsibilities as Operations and Logistics Manager:

• Strategy & Execution:
  Develop and implement efficient logistics and distribution strategies aligned with growth objectives and customer expectations. Track KPIs to ensure operational performance and profitability.
• Warehouse, Fleet & Supply Chain Management:
  Oversee warehouse operations, fleet management, and inventory control to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. Collaborate with suppliers and 3PL partners to optimize the supply chain, reduce lead times, and minimize waste.
• Team Leadership & Development:
  Lead and develop cross-functional teams (warehouse, logistics, dispatch). Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement, ensuring the right team structure and staffing levels.
• Customer & Relationship Management:
  Maintain strong relationships with hospitality clients and ensure service excellence. Address complaints proactively and align operations with sales and customer service goals.
• Budgeting, Finance & Compliance:
  Manage operational budgets and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Analyze financial reports and ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and sustainability policies.

• Expertise in warehouse management systems and transport management systems. Experience with Odoo ERP is a plus.

What Do We Expect from You?

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Process Engineer, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• A high level of proficiency in both English and Spanish is required for daily communication and reporting to our headquarters and with the team.
• Experience in operations management, preferably within the fields of logistics, distribution, or hospitality. 
• Experience in managing teams and overseeing multiple distribution centers. 
• Proven track record of delivering operational improvements and meeting KPIs. 
• Knowledge of relevant compliance and health & safety regulations in Spain.
