At Quatra, you’ll be part of the beating heart of our national transport planning team. As a dynamic planner, you play a key role in scheduling and dispatching, excelling in geographical knowledge and analytical skills.
 
                As a planner at Quatra, you are responsible for:
- Play a key role in ensuring our drivers arrive on time, with fewer kilometers and a greater positive impact
- Analyze maps and travel times to optimize routes and reduce empty mileage
- Coordinate with drivers throughout the day to resolve incidents in real time
- Contact customers by phone or email to confirm visits and schedules.
- Record information in the planning system (ERP)
- Negotiate with customers to increase the size or capacity of containers and tanks

What Do We Expect from You?
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics planning or a similar operational role.
- Strong analytical and geographical skills, with the ability to quickly interpret maps and geographical data to find effective logistical solutions and ensure accurate customer service.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (English level B2–C1).
- Strong communication and commercial skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with web portals, track & trace systems, and logistics ERP tools (knowledge of Odoo is a plus).
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in an open and direct company culture, with a hands-on mentality and strong adaptability.
- Experience coordinating operational teams is considered a valuable asset.
