As a planner at Quatra, you are responsible for:
- Ensure drivers arrive on time while minimizing kilometers and empty mileage
- Analyze maps and travel times to optimize and review daily routes
- Plan interventions and perform general route checks
- Coordinate with drivers throughout the day and manage incidents in real time
- Confirm visits and schedules with customers by phone or email
- Negotiate with customers to increase the size or capacity of containers and tanksto improve operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate planning data, contacts, and agreements in the ERP system

What Do We Expect from You?
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics planning or a similar operational role.
- Strong analytical and geographical skills, with the ability to quickly interpret maps and geographical data to find effective logistical solutions and ensure accurate customer service.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (English level B2–C1).
- A clear, direct and effective communication style.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with web portals, track & trace systems, and logistics ERP tools (knowledge of Odoo is a plus).
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in an open and direct company culture, with a hands-on mentality and strong adaptability.
- Experience coordinating operational teams is considered a valuable asset.
