Context & Notes
This role is intentionally hybrid across three axes: data analyst, operational planner, and commercial thinker. Candidates who only want to work behind a screen (pure BI analyst) are not a match — managing drivers, switching gears during peak pressure, and thinking along on customer profitability are inseparable parts of the job. Conversely, a classic planner without analytical depth or commercial awareness is also too light.
Look for concrete examples in the CV: implemented optimizations, customer contact grounded in operational knowledge, team management. Vague claims like "I love data" or "customer-oriented" without evidence don't count.
People skills are crucial — this person is the daily point of contact for drivers and continuously interfaces with sales, customer service, and operations. Someone who avoids calling or sidesteps difficult conversations is not a fit.
Optiflow experience is rare and valuable; Odoo experience accelerates onboarding. The trilingual requirement (NL/FR/EN) is strict — fluent French is needed for communication with drivers and customers in Wallonia/France. Regional knowledge (Wallonia, Flanders, Northern France) is not a must but significantly speeds up onboarding.
Job-hopping under 2 years without explanation remains a signal for recruiter review.
